This group has a focus on best practice for chronic pain identification and management for people with cerebral palsy.
An Oceania Academy Special Interest group brings together individuals with a professional interest in a particular focus area. Members of the group can join from different health fields as well as the lived experience of cerebral palsy or childhood-onsent condition. Groups meet to discuss research, advocacy, professional development and share knowledge.

This group has a focus on best practice for chronic pain identification and management for people with cerebral palsy.

The Social Work and Psychology Special Interest Group brings together social workers and psychologists, and partners with people with lived experience. The aim is to promote the health and wellbeing of all people with a neurodevelopmental condition and their families, by embedding social work and psychology into high quality research and practice.

The Lifespan Care Special Interest Group will work collaboratively across disciplines, partnered with lived experience experts, to enhance the lifespan care of people with childhood-onset disabilities through education, connection, research, and advocacy.

The EMCR group aims to support EMCRs within the Oceania Academy throughout their early research career through providing opportunities for networking, collaboration, mentoring and training- with an emphasis on responsiveness to the needs of the group. The group will be open to Oceania Academy members who are EMCRs.
