Join us in our free listening and sharing session.

Topic information: This interactive session will explore how local leadership, cultural knowledge, and equitable partnerships can strengthen child health and disability care across Oceania.
Building on discussions from the breakfast session Reimagining Global Health Research, Care and Systems Beyond Borders at the 2026 Oceania Academy Conference, this session will explore the importance of:
Family-centred and community-informed approaches
Local leadership, expertise, and workforce development
Equitable and sustainable partnerships
Culturally responsive and contextually relevant care
Shared learning across diverse settings
The session will bring together perspectives from families, clinicians, researchers, and service providers, creating an opportunity for shared learning and discussion about advancing disability-inclusive health care across the Pacific.
